(NASDAQ:TLND), a global leader in big data and cloud integration solutions, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,250,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each representing one of its ordinary shares, at a price to the public of $18.00 per ADS. The ADSs are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on July 29, 2016, under the symbol “TLND.” In addition, Talend and a selling shareholder have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 787,500 additional ADSs, consisting of 456,852 additional ADSs from Talend and 330,648 additional ADSs from the selling shareholder at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Barclays Capital Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. will act as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering, and William Blair & Company, L.L.C. will act as co-manager.
