“The SEP Fellows program was the catalyst in my early exposure to the world of Finance and Technology. The SEP team is passionate about advancing the knowledge of the Fellows through hands-on experience and invaluable mentorship. I was fortunate enough to participate in the inaugural program and attribute this opportunity to be the driving force behind my career in the investing industry. If you have ever thought about a career in finance and/or technology, there is no better culture, environment, or set of individuals to support you in this journey.”

“The SEP Fellows program was an absolute blessing in the middle of the pandemic. I was able to meet such driven, empathetic, and high-achieving individuals who were a part of my class as well as everyone at SEP. Through the interview process, I was matched with Criteria Corp. and my experiences there were just as amazing and helped me gain clarity on what I might want to pursue in the future. The program is not just for one summer, but really a lifelong community that you get to be a part of.”

“Through the SEP Fellows Program, I became more immersed in the world of technology private equity as a rising junior in college—an opportunity not many undergraduates receive. I was able to develop my technical skills while also receiving guidance from leaders in the industry, and I am confident that the connections I’ve formed at SEP will remain throughout my entire career.”

“Through SEP, I learned that being multidimensional will fuel your career across any business function/industry. While there are numerous keys to success, being a Fellow showed me that fully immersing yourself and aiming to be the best at whatever you do, breeds confidence and success.”
