Overview
- Academy-style internship engaging college students, including from underrepresented populations in technology & finance
- 10-week paid internships at Sumeru and its technology portfolio companies
- Fellows will work closely with senior executives across various fields (sales, marketing, engineering, finance, operations, investing, etc.) on a daily basis to build meaningful relationships and develop technical and leadership skills
- Fellows Academy includes workshops, industry leader discussions and networking seminars designed to develop skills necessary for long-term career success
- Interview & recruiting workshops
- Discussions with senior executives from industry and finance as well as portfolio CEOs / C-Level teams Investment and finance skill set training
- Cohort case study projects judged by Sumeru Partners
- Peer-to-peer networking amongst Fellows class
- Direct 1:1 Sumeru mentorship between individual Fellows and Sumeru professionals—ongoing commitment to provide guidance & access to Sumeru network in technology / finance

Eligibility criteria
- Candidates should be entering their sophomore or junior year of college in a bachelor’s degree program in the United States
- Finalists will be selected based on eligibility, merit, and demonstrated interest in the technology / software or finance industry
- Any candidates meeting the above criteria may apply here. Please submit a cover letter, explaining your interest in the position, as well as an updated resume with your contact information (email, school address, phone number), expected major / graduation date as well as recent relevant coursework (if applicable)
- Applications from students from backgrounds that have been historically underrepresented in finance and technology are encouraged (but not required)
