Today, we are thrilled to announce the promotions of Sofija Ostojic, Nathan Stanley, and Jialin Zhang to Principal as well as Jackson Dibble to Vice President.
Nathan joined Sumeru in 2018 and focuses on leading investments for the firm and working closely with portfolio company executives at the board level. He is actively involved with portfolio companies such as 3G, Ceros, Consensus, and Loopio. Nate also co-runs the firm’s investment team training and development program and has contributed meaningfully across firm building as well as recruiting, portfolio company exits, and financings.
Jialin joined Sumeru in 2019 and focuses on leading investments for the firm and working closely with portfolio company executives at the board level. She is actively involved with portfolio companies such as 360Learning, beqom, and Firstup. Jialin also runs the Sumeru Fellows Program and has contributed meaningfully across firm building as well as recruiting, portfolio company exits, and financings.
Sofija joined Sumeru in 2022 and focuses on leading investments for the firm and working closely with portfolio company executives at the board level. Sofija is actively involved with portfolio company Zappi. She also co-runs the firm’s investment team training and development program and has contributed meaningfully to firm building.
Jackson joined Sumeru’s Growth team in early 2023 and is actively involved in portfolio companies Consensus and Zappi. He has implemented key Growth Program initiatives across go-to-market efficiency, AI, and operational processes. Jackson also leads continuous improvement of internal growth team strategies.
